The internal notes box at the bottom of the account timeline has been removed:
- Automatically expands to multiple lines
- Supports ENTER and SHIFT+ENTER for new lines, vs. CTRL+ENTER (Windows) or CMD+ENTER (Mac OS) for sending.
- Allows you to easily create multi-line notes on a mobile phone.
Test emails can be sent to Cyb directory yourself and your colleagues using Salesflare.
You can decide whether or not to use sample contact data to populate merge fields. If you don’t, the replacement options will be used for those merge fields.
